Mother's Finest 1000W Aeroponics SCROG

What are your per plant yields like with these techniques natmoon? How many weeks are you vegging to achieve those yields?

Exactly:"I wonder how the plant physiology works between vegging and flowering. I wonder if the fan leaves have a greater role during vegging and less so during flowering."

I don't suggest to remove loads of leaf during veg,but i still remove some to expose new sites after ive fimmed my plants.
My pics speak for themselves really.
This can be done with any plant if you veg it for long enough and use fimming to make many tops, except that is certain plants that it is known do not respond well to topping or fimming.

Heres a blueberry that i crossed with my own mostly indica and as you can see it still works even with a mostly indica hybrid, blueberry is the bitch of all bitches to grow as well:joint:

All depends on what type i am growing really, but i always get above the normal average yields.
I vegged and fimmed all of these for 4-5 weeks under a 400 hps from seed to weed in about 12-13 weeks:peace::joint:

Do you have any numbers my friend??? Any grows you can show a pic of and put a dry weight to? Thanks natmoon, I appreciate all the tips.

So... I took natmoon's advice and trimmed a lot of fan leaves. It really opened up the canopy. The light is penetrating almost two feet now where it was only about 10 inches deep before the trim. Hopefully, the lower buds will put on some extra weight. I am keeping my fingers crossed for 100g per plant. :joint::hump:

hey when did you start cutting off lower branches?
I thought it was best to start cutting off lower branches in at around the 6th day of flowering, then the 2nd week period. then let the plant do her job?

I'm just wondering because I am planning on doing SOG and I am on day 4 of flowering.

Thanks

I trimmed when the branches were totally shaded by the screen. On my spears I trimmed the lowest two branches about the end of week one.

To be honest i don't usually bother to weigh shit and the one time that i did after being asked to and then posted pics on here some people were saying that my scales were weighted or that i had put a stone in the bud:cuss:

Anyway as i never sell weed and only use it for my own medical and spiritual reasons i have no need for scales but that huge lump of bud on some cooking scales came in at 483 grams, dried.

Which is exactly right as far as i am concerned anyway as i have funnily enough 483 watts of light,400 watt hps and one 5 foot cool blue tube @ 53 watts and one 3 foot cool blue tube @ 30 watts.
I.E. 1 gram per watt.

Anyway here are the only pics i have of some dried herb of that exact plant.
There were several large jars full, these are big sweet jars for shops and not little jars.
Anyway hope these pics help and best of luck with your own spears,to view any of these images in high quality and larger just click on my sig linkbongsmilie
