Reminds me of a scene in Father of the Bride when wedding planner had to calm the chef down because father opted for the chipper chicken over veal.
I remember that scene

I personally like veal......tbh

down this direction chicken fajita is actually less expensive and quick to cook....the beef side , per pound is pricey, it's good on a gas pit, but imo I'd rather use a good smoker to give it more depth of flavor and go low and slow....

Today’s deviled eggs (half recipe).

Annie uses this recipe for hers.

I’ve modded it: I omit the onions, and (for six eggs) I add
1 strip bacon, cooked not too crispy, then minced superfine
1 generous teaspoon Tapatío sauce

I use a ziplock bag with a corner cut off as a pastry bag to fill the whites.

Two protips:
I stir the eggs in a gallon or so of cold water. A vigorous minute of this, followed immediately by boiling them in the Instant Pot (4 minutes pressure cook high, 4 minutes natural release, then depressurize, and 4 minutes in cold water).

The silicone spatula is the perfect tool for transferring all the filling to the bag, and also for squeegeeing the mix with almost zero waste to the bag’s operational end.

Mega yum.

Here is a basic rub recipe I put together. Sometimes I use hot Hungarian paprika, sometimes regular, depends on if I want it a little more spicy. I tweak it depending on my mood that day, sometimes I'll add more cayenne for a bigger kick.

1/2 cup brown sugar
3 Tbsp paprika
1 Tbsp black pepper
1 Tbsp salt
1 Tbsp chili powder
1 Tbsp garlic powder
1 Tbsp onion powder
1 Tsp cayenne
