I'm trying to get into shape... but niggas is broke these day's, and i'm fuckin lazy ashell when it comes to doin it just because...

I'm down with some sit-up's, push-up's.. anything like that.. but I cant do chin-up's.. guess i'm too fat... and fuck running... I trie dthat and thats just more than what I wanna do right now..

So, whats a good way to burn some fat, without running? Prolly would start with stop getting stoned and eating snackie cakes..lol..

yes running would be good.... but u could also do this dude :

u prob wont be able to do 10 sit ups or 10 push ups if ya realy lazy...

do 2.... of each..... every 1 hour.... do this 8 times a day .... hey if u feel like doing more why not...

u'll feel it when u can do 3... then 4... 5.. 10 .. 20 . 30. 40 -50- 100....

just like a plant will be in 20 days with proper caution and care :D

lmfao.. i'm not THAT fuckin lazy..lol.. I can do about 20-40 sit-up's per set.. I do stomach crunches, like.. lay on my back and do just regular half sit up crunches and then I do 'em where I lay on my back and lift my leg's until I feel it burn and can't do it anymore...

Push-up's.. now that may be different...


I wasnt always lazy.. I used to play football, basketball and baseball.. everyday... I lifted weights everyday and worked out like a champ.. but then I got kicked out of school and they sent me to a mental health facility that started pumping me full of depakote, which make's you eat all the time, and in a month I gained about 100 pounds.. now I weight about 240 at the most, but i'm only like, 5'8.. so I don;t need to shed like, alot of weight.. I'm built big.. like fuckin glenn Danzig (if you know who that is) back in the day.. I'm just fat and outta shape like Homer Simpson

lol dnt compare urself to homer, that man has had like 4 strokes 8 heartttacks and he's heart s about ready to give out, yet he does some of the most amazing shit i've ever seen lol

DOH! Homer's the man. And your right, he's done some sports like shit on the show, boxing, skateboarding, football, softball, skiing and I know there's more. Not bad for an overweight guy. lol

I just started this plan on Saturday. I've done it before, and it works well. Improvise weight with the routines if ya can't get to a gym. Although most places I've ever visited have some kind of cheap gym around. Now get to it brothers and sisters.

On the supposed off days I do whatever cardio I decide, bike, row, stairs, you get the idea. Damn I miss swimming, can't get a fecking lane out here, never. No shit, 4 people swim in elliptical in a lane. Feck that.

I'm on Week 2 workout 4 for tomorrow, can't wait.

I fecking love going to the gym. I won't live there, but I like going for my daily thang.

Come on one more!!!!!!!

ok, i'm not as bad homer.. but I feel like it..lol... but then again, i'm only 26, homer's what, 62 by now?..lol.. Give it a few years and thats who i'll be... thats why I gotta get off my ass now..

And the town I live in, we don;t even have a fast food resturant here.. we still got a couple diner's, but fast food is in town..lol.. The gym's fifteen twenty minutes away and i'm without a ride..

Walk to the gym. Make it part of your workout. Remember though, you got to get home.bongsmilie

I dont lift but I thought about it. I need more fat than muscle right now to balance me out, I like my body better that way. Trying to add about 20lbs, Im way too thin from stressin recently. Photos took about a month ago

Why would folks get jealous of u? Or lil ol' me, I got tons of insecurities but eh, I like my body for the most part.... here is a more feminine side of me, no flexing and trying to cover my face some. I will hit the gym as long as I dont turn into a big muscle ball. Hope this doesnt violate forum rules cause I havent read over them. I will delete it soon
