I'm trying to get into shape... but niggas is broke these day's, and i'm fuckin lazy ashell when it comes to doin it just because...
I'm down with some sit-up's, push-up's.. anything like that.. but I cant do chin-up's.. guess i'm too fat... and fuck running... I trie dthat and thats just more than what I wanna do right now..
So, whats a good way to burn some fat, without running? Prolly would start with stop getting stoned and eating snackie cakes..lol..
yes running would be good.... but u could also do this dude :
u prob wont be able to do 10 sit ups or 10 push ups if ya realy lazy...

do 2.... of each..... every 1 hour.... do this 8 times a day .... hey if u feel like doing more why not...
u'll feel it when u can do 3... then 4... 5.. 10 .. 20 . 30. 40 -50- 100....
takes time for a plant to grow... so does it for you, but in 20 days you'll be looking fit
just like a plant will be in 20 days with proper caution and care
