Why do my trichomes look like this?

Super silver haze day 35 of 42 in flower.
Why do these tricomes have so many cloudy and amber but my buds look so little. Are they really going to gain that much in a week? It did get nute burn a couple weeks ago. Can this cause the tricomes to do this?

Those are no where near ready. Trichomes only tell one part of the story, and you should only be looking at trichs on the calyx, the bud itself, not the sugar leaves. Acording to these pics, all those new white pistils tell you way more than those trichs do.
I understand that, but I've never had buds with that many white hairs show that many amber and cloudy trichomes. Usually they would all still be clear. If they keep turning I won't have any cloudy or clear ones left when it's ready to harvest. I knew it wasn't ready to harvest yet. Just don't know about them turning so early, I dont want to end up with trichomes that are actually loosing potency because they go past the amber point and start to degrade...

@Johiem @Wattzzup I understand that and that's not my question. The question is why are they showing so many cloudy and amber trichomes so early? I've never had bud with white hairs like that show that many amber cloudy trichomes they've always been clear...

Any wet set folks want to mention plant health. I used my "Richard" allotment for the month. But give him some thoughts. Made it this far. Good genetics.

Peace.
what would you say is wrong with the plants health besides it's been nute burned at one point in time?

Too much nutrients
Light too close
Genetics
Etc etc
Keep them healthy then smoke them.

You must not be familiar with the setup I'm running. That plant is no where near dying. The ph is automatically adusted and the nutes are dispensed from a recipe specifically for that seed automatically. The only problem is I added extra nutes at one point and it got the nute burn about 2 weeks ago.

And that could be your problem. It could be anything on that list and something not on that list. Point is keep them healthy, wait for them to finish completely, then enjoy. Don’t stress too much

When two seeds are the same. LOL. And automatic means less interaction or involvement. Do you check daily? And regardless. All plants speak the same. No matter the medium.

I tried. Honest best wishes. Hope you find the answer. Truth is most plants only ripen in their final stages as they consume themselves. Hence pre mature amber and milk.

Peace.

Amber trichomes appear to be on the leaf not the bud. Don't go by those. This plant is no where near ready to harvest. I'd put the loop away for at least 2 more weeks, if not more.

There are strains that tend to keep white hairs and not get brown like most strains. You obviously have some issues with your plant, this can effect trichomes as well.

Quit the automatic bullshit. I don't care if it is designed for that specific strain/seed or what ever. Plants soak up nutrients different from grow to grow. It may automatically add nutrients when it doesn't need it, or not when it does. If you want a good healthy plant there is still some good human interface that is needed to see how it is doing. Don't get me wrong some automation is very nice to have, just don't rely on it.

do you let your pH drift at all? or is it at a certain # all the time?

This was a response from another forum.
"There will be many more calyx that grow as she fattens up. As they spit out more calyx they will start out clear and turn cloudy and repeat. Once all the pistils have receded tells you that it’s done building calyx and you want those outers to be cloudy/amber."
That was helpful, unlike all you guys that make the sarcastic statements and come in here with the I'm better than you attitudes. I totally understand why people from the other forums say this one is a joke. You have to sift through all the bullshit to find anything helpful. Just join this form, thanks all for making it a shitty experience! I'll stick with the forums that people actually what to help in from now on.
