Another, "Am I Close" thread.

Hi All,
About 8 1/4 weeks in. Some of my lower buds look almost ready. I'm a little nervous cause some trichs look like their headless. No amber yet. I haven't touched the buds or roughed them up. Why could my lower buds be finishing first? Is this weird?
The top cola still has a few white hairs, so I'm guessing wait. I am no rush, but I don't want to wait too long.
My original guess was around March 9.

Yep you have a lil bit longer. It is typical for the buds at the bottom to be underdeveloped compared to the top buds (lack of light.) I did a partial harvest with my first grow to give those bottom buds a lil bit longer to mature.

Just saw u said lower buds r more mature...scratching my head on that one lol.

They may look done on the bottom but that is more that the top buds are growing more actively and keep adding to the bulk. The bottoms arent done either....even if they appear to be. They will swell and get much bigger if u wait.

Totally unprepared in November for the one seed I found to grow so well!
Need to invest in better lights next time.
She is 4 1/2 feet tall and a bit gangly, but a lot of buds. I will post a pic soon.

You did something right! You got some pretty buds. Be proud of what u have, even if it is a sketchy setup haha.

I definitely get it, I ran my first grow with a blurple and was mortified when people started talking crap haha. In the end, it didn't do bad though. I do get what ur saying.

Ok...are you ready for this??
4 various LED full-spectrum lights, in clamp on ballasts. 3 100 watt and one I'm not really sure. Two at the top and 2 at the sides..
I was unprepared for success. She got tall!
