Did you give them "too much water" or you watered them when they were still damp? If it's the first, it's really not a problem. Just water till slight runoff, unless you're growing organic.

Hmmm...IMHO this looks more like an N issue than an overwatering problem. If it is overwatering, not much you can do about it. If it is Nitrogen you should know before to long. The yellowing of the leaves will continue. Once you are sure you can make corrections with your feeding regimen. Good luck!

If it turns out to be an N issue, what adjustments should I make with feeding?

Whats your RH level at? Asking bc you can manipulate the plant to uptake more water from medium with transpiration/air/vpd & co2.. Bring the light 3inches closer. Help burn energy/cycle energy for now. I would
