Droopy leaves (not overwatering)

This is an unknown strain that I got as a freebie from a seed purchase, 11 days into the flower cycle.
This is the second time that I am growing this strain and both times the leaves start drooping when I put the plants into flower.
The leaves are nice and perky and will get more and more droopy as the plant stretches.
The last time the leaves started to show some general nutrient deficiency 2 weeks into flower and after removing some of the yellowed and damaged leaves and upping the PPMs the plant perked up and yielded a decent amount of bud.
This time I am feeding at higher PPMs from day 1 and its still drooping.
I've ruled out overwatering as a cause.
Is there anything else that I should be looking at?

Here are the details of the grow:
3x3 sealed enclosure
12/12 400 watts 4000K Samsung LED lighting
temp and humidity controlled 25C lights on, 19C lights off, humidity 60% day and night
CO2 @ 1000ppm
3 liter pots, 100% coco, Plant-Prod MJ Bloom nutrients @1650 PPM (200ppm of that is calmag) ph 5.8, generic SiO2 supplement.
4 plants, 2 feet tall, topped.

My guess, those pots are way too small, as it stretches in flower it’s getting root bound. Possibly under watering too since they drink more.
They should be in 3-5 gallon pots for flower

Once a day, I'm watering 700ml of nutrient solution and getting about 200ml out the bottom of the pot.
I've also watered 2x that amount two days in a row and still no change to the droop.

Does this look like its too big for its pot?
These pots also do a little air pruning and the last one had a nice root ball after harvest.

See how your top is droopy and the bottom not so much.
I would dim or raise your light a bit and jive it a day or two.

You said 3L which is pretty small for a 2ft plant. They look healthy other than the drooping though. You can play around with the light too and see if that helps, but try a bigger pot on your next round and see if they still droop.

How far away is the light? Too much light can cause that to happen.
44 watts per sq ft is intense with the leds you're using.
Raise your temperatures up as well.

I am 100% this is your problem.
Your going to have to dim the lights or raise the food/co2. Im not sure the exact amount of food/co2 needed to stop this droopy look so i would just raise the lights or lower the intensity.

Praying is the plant looking for light....its what we like to see....you have too much light so she will never "pray".

The tops of the plants are about 14 inches to the lights.
The LEDs are only being driven at ~230ma so they're low intensity/wide area.
I've noticed they're perkier at lights on than before lights off and I'm seeing more crinkling of the top leaves so I'll go with too much light and adjust accordingly.
Day temp also bumped up to 26C.

Low intensity and good spread is where its at! great setup!
I would back them up to 24" at least. maybe 30". I say this from experience and reading both. No clue how much actual ppf you have but its too much for your environment.
Start right now with 30" or more .....then slowly work your way down throughout the rest of the cycle....if you see the droop....its too much.

I'm having something similar to it with Hood Candyz (Runtz x Why U Gelly)... It's tricky tried the transplant a few days ago looking foward to see if that solves the problem

44 is way too high for your setup....25-35 is way better. Them samsung diodes are no joke.

Try to get them temps around 26-28c with less intensity and you will love the growth!

(i get solid nugs at 25w a sq/ft. after switching from 65w sq/ft with hps. )

Excellent, I've ~ 22w/sq/ft over a 4 x 4 in early flower and all is well.

I'm growing on a 3x3 tent, 250w COB CXB 3590, temps are around 70F to 75F, 70% coco 30% perlite, 6 gallon pots, never had this problem before... It's not over-water neither under-water...

Thought it could be root rot, checked the roots they're full white thick and beautifull, no bad smell...
Thought it could be pH related flushed half of the plants with 700 PPM and pH 5.8 and no result...
Thought it could be water related some-kind of over water but it's not the case... It isn't under watering too...
Thought it could be the strenght of nutes, tried to raise the PPM no results either...

And , same as the op , your temps are a bit too low for optimal growth. Your girls look great overall so just back off the light and you will be fine.

One of the things i noted is pretty far off the standards is the humidity it's around 90% because it's rainning all day non-stop for a month now. Didn't found anything related to super high humidity levels in veg but think it's not a problem to have it super high doe...

You will need a whole new thread for the 90% part. You have too much light for your environment. period. It may be due to too much humidity , insufficient amount of food, ect... The fix for now is to run some fans and lower the intensity of the lights.
