It it an autoflower? If so, don't reduce the hrs per day of light. If not, and you are in the US and it's only getting natural light from the window it's flowering. Looks like it needs better/more light one way or another. Especially now that it's trying to produce buds.

Are you growing it in front of a window? If so, that's your answer.
No I. Was adjusting my light set up
What did you do right?

Based on the pics provided, my guess would be nothing. That poor thing doesn't have enough light.

What media are you growing in? How long has it been growing? What light cycle are you using? How close is your light? What water are you using? Do you know the ph? Is your friend providing any assistance beyond free seed?

Put the two best plants under the light and get it as close as possible. Put the shop light behind and blast forward. You got too much plant and too little light. Get the main LED as close as you can without damage, hit the plants with a fan to keep the heat down.

Your choice is a big pile of crap on a little pile of quality. Right now you got more plant than light.

Or buy more light.

OUCH... did you Transplant them? For Damn Sure Not Enough Light and What Strain is That? (I've seen decent results with Burple Lights but no more than 3 plants.)
