As I'm not an asian lady feel free to ignore the following advice.
Regular photo plants can be forced to flower from the moment they sprout but that's not recommended as they haven't reached sexual maturity yet.
You may have noticed that as the little plant grows the fan leaves at each node are directly opposite each other. As the plant matures those leaves begin to alternate as they emerge and that's one indicator that you can flower any time. Another is pre-flowers. At the base of the little side branches that start at each node there is often a tiny growth. At first it just looks like a tiny nub but as it gets bigger it will take on either a tear-drop shape, (female), or stay mostly round, (male). The proof is when tiny white hairs emerge from the tear-drop shaped ones and that for sure is a girl. Those stay standing up straight too and are attached to the plant solidly where the male flowers will tend to grow up on a stalk then droop over and often look like a scrotum. This usually happens by weeks 5 - 7 if it's going to happen at all before flipping the lights to 12/12.
