Powdery mildew
At first I thought this was powdery mildew but now I have second thought. Any options would help. It seems to be just on the stems. There was some white on a couple leaves but it washed of when I sprayed green cleaner on them. They are clones and I had the in a clone bucket with those round foam things before transplant. When I’m the bucket I was spraying them with clone x. Is this just residue left behind or some type of fungus?

They were clones before they rooted and now I put them in solo cups. I was foliar feeding them when they had no roots

Exactly what you don't do
If they are fed foliarly then the roots are slower to search for food

You don't have PM I think. Stop spraying them and let them have a wet dry cycle to fill those cups with roots. Be sure you feed them, 300-400 ppm should be about right. Good Luck!
