The fastest way to root a clone

What is the best thing I can do for my clones on the third day? I want to get to the roots sooner.

14-15 days @72F under a dome w/ 18w t5 in 3700K 14 hours light on. Tap water, containing chlorine, 5.8-6.8 PH here.

I use powder. But none is needed in reality. Plants want to live if you let them. I honestly suggest you check my journal and read up on my method. One of many and only middle of the road. Will save you some typing and not so educational discussions.
