For light leaks - with a couple of large black clips, I'll attach one end of a dark blue beach towel to the top of the tent on the left side (where potential light leaks may occur) then just let the towel drape down so it covers the side and the corners of the tent. Most pinhole leaks will occur within the seams in the corners.... curious as to how others have tackled the ventilation while eliminating light leaks ...
Run a piece of duct with an s bend in it.Ive got a new 4x4 tent, and am curious as to how others have tackled the ventilation while eliminating light leaks. What’s your solution?
You don't run all of your fans 24/7?... when the fans off ...
24/7 during winter? You don't run all of your fans 24/7?
Fans off works in your environment - sweet!... 24/7 during winter?
Why would I pay to heat and dry air to then vent it away??? ...
Lol during the dark period my humidity goes up when the fan switches on, different climates/grows require different approaches.Fans off works in your environment - sweet!
My 2 x 4 is pretty full so conditions are prime for mold. I gotta keep the circulation and exhaust fans running 24/7 to prevent that destructive shit from setting up shop.
Ladies and gentlemen we have a winnerRun a piece of duct with an s bend in it.

I have light proof ducting, just zipped myself up inside and looked for light leaks.. nada. The baffle is great, if the ducting didn’t work for me I’d be all over it.I'd rather not have ducting lighting up the room.

I can assure you I didn't go to the trouble of making a baffle because a bend would work lol
It's a nuisance trying to zip yourself in the tent to check light ventilation whatever, I'm glad it's all good for you!I have light proof ducting, just zipped myself up inside and looked for light leaks.. nada. The baffle is great, if the ducting didn’t work for me I’d be all over it.
Shouldve gone through the trouble of buying better ducting. Instead of getting smart with othersI'd rather not have ducting lighting up the room.
