With the dirt you're growing in being so dense, I'm not sure it is worth the struggle it will be to grow them out to full bloom. The roots are most likely struggling to push thru that thick dense medium. Do you have more seeds? May want to start this over. if you are ballsy enough, you can make another pot for them. Mix perlite in the soil, get a $9 bag of something organic / not miracle grow. Mix the perlite in well so it's not so tough. (
This will help the water drain thru the medium, and not make mud in your pot.)
Then instead of tossing them.. take the chance.. flood the pots and dig them out with your hands. Try to do it safely to save as many roots from the stalk as you can... transplant them into the new pots with the soil already moist. If you have access to any mycorrhizae toss some in the hole before you put the plant in, cover her roots up, making her stand as best you can and water them. Hope for the best.
