Yalls opinions on optic leds?

Good day all, I recently updated my rooms with leds. I’m running 4 optic 8+ next gens one optic 6 gen4 and some slim 100’s. I’m curious ppl options on theses and what light settings ppl are using for different phases of life.

I guess I miss spoke, I’m looking for opinions on how to get the best results, not on the lights themselves....
