Also I am very green and what is the best way to use it diluted with water misting the leaves or watering the solution directly to the soil?

Well I am just using my Dad's phototron for a grow box and I use 3 40W fluorescent U-shaped horizontal bulbs with neutral color spectrum but are very close to cool white and since I put these new bulbs in ,I have a grow that's actually going past the cotyledon leaves so it was a good choice

1 Tsp/quart of water. Both food and spray. Spray is a day to show effect. Feed is 4-6 days. Spray is a crutch to let the soil catch up. Also dump your mix, wash container and make another on the 3rd day. It still is good for the lants. Not so much for your sinuses. LOL.

Just a mist once two days in the morning. Dump the spray bottle. Not pot. LOL. Wait 3-4 days and repeat if plant is still having issues.

So my Dad is 65 and used to grow in a phototron 2 with just sphagnum moss and of course nuts that were provided by the manufacturer dude Jeff something and he used to get some pretty outrageous yields and high potency from my uncle and he lived in Pennsylvania back then so conditions were completely different from Colorado anyways he said that he used to only use it for one day and spray/mist the leaves at wake up and then water the soil with it and then he said he would only do it more than once he'd wait 2-3 weeks in-between but shit changes any input?

I miss my 29gallon photo tron. Fish emulsions are organic, not chemically separated today. My favorite supplement hands down across the board.

What would you recommend doing because at the moment I only have the 3×40w horizontal fluorescent U-shaped bulbs that are in my phototron for light. If I raise the height of the plant inside my phototron help or not?
You need more light than you are using. Moving closer to the existing light may help. But, more light is needed. I don’t know what your budget is but you can get LED pretty reasonably these days and that will save you the need to also get a bunch of cooling equipment.

Yeah you’re going to need a stronger light to flower, unless you are transplanting outdoors or are content waiting like half a year.

LoL I don't think that I am waiting that long but I have access to a small grow hood for regular light bulbs with a 6 foot cord and I am able to hang it from the top of the phototron and easily raise or lower but only other question is what type of light bulb recommended. Also thank you for the heads up because I would've flipped out
