I've heard nothing but good @SpiderFarmer with there lights and their tents.

Well I did till I read above.
To be fair it wasn't listed with a dimmer. Although within a week the model changed on Amazon to a dimmer version and I was sent one without the dimmer.

Quality companies take care of their customers. So far SF hasn't, nor do I think they even care. Exactly why I would never give them money again.

This thread really isn't the place to air out grievances with them. They have done something good here. Let them have that moment please.

So they sent you exactly what you ordered! and you’re mad they won’t send you a second light because they came out with a new model. Damn that’s some entitled shit right there.
It’s not like it shipped to you broken and they won’t replace it. You just want more just cause.

Yes that's exactly it...

I bought a light, the next week it changed with the added dimmer. I paid the same price for something that they all now include. All I'm saying is that a quality company would have made it right. The least they could have done when I asked them about the change, was send out the parts to update it, if they didn't want to do an exchange.

Call it whatever you'd like. I've learned my lesson with them. They will never get my business again. I'm sure they're devastated, I know.

I ran into almost a similar issue on my next light purchase with another company. The light went on sale literally the next day after I placed an order at full price. The company did right and adjusted the pricing on my order. They were extremely helpful from start to finish. Not only does this company create the highest quality lights they are stand up people too. They will most definitely be getting my order when I need my next light.
