Well yes and no to med...it's case by case...BUT...they just passed full on legalization. It is for 2023 with sales etc...but they are petitioning Governor Coonman Klanrobes to implement full legalization this July 1st for full legal and home growing.

Curious as to why you would pinpoint Mass Medical & Exotic Genetix when they sell within the norms: 100 - 150. So many sell for 200+ many times without photos of f1 seeds grown out
Haha I'm not a big fan of mms or even exotic for that matter but that was very random to throw them in that comment, lol they are not even that expensive, like at all.
I was pointing to the fact that imo mm and exotic genetics are even overpriced but gage is WAY extreme I can't see what in the world would make their seed soooo much better and therfore so much more expensive.
They grow with crystals and sacrifice babies to put their blood in the soil man. Then they do heroin together. Soooo they had to raise their prices on the genetics that they plied from a dying man with heroin.
Are they really hooked on dope or you just fucking around, wouldn't be surprised if some breeders are dope l, has bad in the east coast and northeast for 20+ years now. Mayne the the reason for all the high prices..
Hemp depot is hit and miss delivery to US. The dept of quarantine letter and customer service denials. Wonder if I can even go to Canada now having fucked up with these assholes. Hint. Try prepping packs so they don't look like seeds being sent in the mail....
Dig up info on Dank Brothers (the pre-GGG project Keyplay started with Medic using Medic's genetics collection) and on Keyplay's relationship with Jojorizzo (R.I.P.) and you'll find a lot of dirt. A lot of the old forums are dead and gone and the threads that remain are probably buried pretty deep, but I'm sure the info is still out there if you're interested.
I've never had any issues receiving seeds from Hemp Depot in the southern US, other than waiting a long time for US Customs processing through Chicago.

I've dealt with them for about 15 years altogether, but not extensively or recently.
Some think a 100 pack of seed in a hand glove box with them within might solve some of this as others see proper to do. Some hit the bongos, answer the phone, deny and get you on a Canadian database
I guess I've been lucky. The only time I ever had issues with something not making it was one order from Sannie's about 10 years back and one from the old Breedbay auctions for which the money order I sent got lost in the mail, but that one I was able to get a refund from the PO after an unreasonably long wait. Well, and I got ripped off $700 by Mr. Cannetics at Cannazon/Cannetics when that site fell apart, but those were never sent so not really a Customs issue. Oh yeah... and an order from The Attitude in 2010 that the mailman delivered to the wrong address (mine was Drive, theirs was Circle) and the people who got it denied ever receiving it. The Attitude was kind enough to replace that one after the Postmaster wrote them a letter confirming the misdelivery (told them it was computer parts). Somebody with out-of-state Michigan plates got a hell of a nice package for free on that one, right around the same time Michigan medical was getting started.
