So i have a leak, i went ahead and got a new filter and changed my setup.. i was sucking air out.
Exhaust <Fan <cool hood <filter .
I saw a recomendation and changed to
Exhaust <cool hood<fan<filter
The new set up was supposed to stop un scrubbed odor leaks.
It worked for a couple of hours but gave out a few hours in..
im not sure if maybe its the quality of the filter thats in question.
Both were vivosun 6inch carbon filters.
Im starting to panick a bit and am concidering early harvest.. can anyone give some in chime on wether they are bogus filters or something like that?
I know my local hydroguy bashes on vivosun for quality
My fan is rated at about 440 cfm and run in a 4x4
i dont know what cfms the filter is rated at.
Id really like suggestions...

The thing is im exausting out of a window. So i bought an acordian like plastic fitting like the ones they use on a portable ac unit so i have my duct clamping on to that

Maybe unfiltered air is getting sucked into the cool hood downstream from the filter and ported out of the tent unfitered? It looks like in both configurations you posted, there may be spillage into the exhaust flow downstream from the filter. If you try to add a second filter at the very end of the exhaust path you should be able to tighten the ducting onto the filter with bands/straps.

I do have some insulated ducting , i think maybe small wear on the ducting may be causing the issue
