Just saw your fan rated at 400 something cfm I bet if you turn it down to about 55 percent it’ll work way better at eliminating smell also I’d say you want about 200 or so for the filter. Take your second fan and exhaust your heat from the light separate from the fan and filter combo then you can let the filter just exhaust into the room the tent is in and not affect temperature

Im definitely getting surveillance though
Use the post I made right above this one that’s your best bet separating the cooling from the scrubber so you can keep the little smell coming from the filter inside and the heat from the light outside keep the exhaust going out side stocked with fresh dryer sheets and you’ll be good

Can you draw me a diagram if its not to much to ask. My confusion comes from seperating the the cold air with the hot, would i be letting air back in the room with the filter intalled? I though thT this would affect overall oder of the end product

First what are the temps like in the tent? You may not even need to exhaust to the outside depending on the average condition in the house and the size and number of plants.

to cool it like that you would run two lines from the window one pulling in fresh air then into the light then back out the window. Always pushing through the light never sucking through it. That way it’s just expelling heat and not smell

So i just remembered an old crack head idea of a friend of mine. Ill be raking dirt or maybe even sand tomorrow by my windows to see if i stumble upon any footprints..

I've had better results by pushing into the filter (filter outside the tent) than sucking through the filter (filter on the inside of the tent). Also if your temperatures allow, don't exhaust outside, just exhaust to the room the tent is in. Also those single layer ductings are always full of holes, get insulated ducting.

Don't try to match the fan CFM and filter CFM ratings, always use an over sized filter.
