I didn’t mean 2/3 I just meant 2 out of these 3. I realize at some point it will end up 50/50. That’s why I’m starting a few backups. Plus if they’re all female I will still have enough room and be within my plant limit.2/3rds? shit i'd be happy with 1/20 with my bad luck!!!!!!
I will probably just ride this out. I don’t want any unintended complications. I cause enough problems on my own (like that nanner on my last plant)you can flip them now,6-7 days youll know, then switch back to veg.No use wasting time growing males unless your looking for one.
my bad, i meant 2 of your 3.I didn’t mean 2/3 I just meant 2 out of these 3. I realize at some point it will end up 50/50. That’s why I’m starting a few backups. Plus if they’re all female I will still have enough room and be within my plant limit.
i'm the opposite. each run is pretty much new strains for me. whatever pheno i get, i get. i do 3 or 4 plants, 3 or 4 different fem seeds. i like variety: i usually throw all the strains together and have a "salad" mix of strains. From most of the research I’ve done regular seeds are the way to pheno hunt.
ask @bk78 last breeder he asked about fem seeds laughed at him
my goal is just never to buy from a dispensary ever again. lol.I don’t “do” regs. This is my first time. I’m not even sure I’m “pheno hunting” I’m just growing these out right now. My end goal is to have a great looking pheno or two from these. It may be a few grows before I even know how good they can be.
Yeah I only grow for me. I hand a few nugs to friends but that’s about it.my goal is just never to buy from a dispensary ever again. lol.
My first photo grow I did this with 4 different fem seeds. One strain hermied and ruined all 4. Never again.i'm the opposite. each run is pretty much new strains for me. whatever pheno i get, i get. i do 3 or 4 plants, 3 or 4 different fem seeds. i like variety: i usually throw all the strains together and have a "salad" mix of strains.
This is exactly my plan. I’m hoping for 2 and I will put them in 4 or 5 gallon pots.I just grow the males the same as the females and just pull them as they show. You can put a few extra in so when they get culled they're just opening up the right space for the others to move in to.
