About to give up

I began growing my first plant Jan 7 2021. 2 beans sprouted, 1 died a week later (don't know why).
The one that sprouted got about 20" tall then all of it's limbs dropped and it began to wilt (first picture is how it looks today). I then purchased some seeds planted 3 with Taproot, only 1 sprouted.that one is now 3-4 weeks in and I'm seeing spots appear on some of the foliage. I looked up what it could be and think I've ruled out mildew but I don't have soil testers and ppm reader. Second Picture of the current plant and it's most prominent spots the rest are very small copper color.

What medium and what kind of light?

First plant looks severely underwatered and in poor light. The second needs calcium.

That soil mix looks really bark heavy, could be a hot mix that has fried your plants or it could be viral, I've also had plants in soil that showed no signs of pests above ground, but when I stirred up the soil around the trunk some young root aphids popped outta there, which were making the plants sick.

I have it in a yahee 2x2 tent by itself

Bottled spring water
600 watt vivosun
19-5 light cycle
watered every 2-3 days

Don’t water by schedule. Water by weight. Pick up the containers daily. Prevents over or underwatering.

Add cal mag a couple of times about a week apart.

Ca lockout, get a Ph meter. Ph should be no lower than 6.5.

you will need a ph meter and a tds or ppm meter of some kind, both around 15 bucks each on amazon. these are the bare essentials of growing.

Severely underwatered. Are you soaking the entire pot every 2-3 days? Or giving it one 8 oz little bottle of water?

I soak the pot when it seems light which is 3-4 days
