Shooting in the dark without more info, medium and feed, the lighting and temps.
Doesn’t really look Mg deficient, calcium.. maybe?.. the leaves are very deep green, seems it’s getting plenty of nutrients

Anybody know what this is I'd think an experienced person would know looks pretty distinct
Dark green waxy looking leaves with burnt tips? That would be nute burn. Since I can't see the whole plant and am going off of little info it's possible it's light burn or other various issues. I'd be glad to help more if I could see the whole plant and get a run down of your grow.

The miracle grow could be the problem, would definitely explain the dark green and it’s likely nute burn and some lock out.
Less is more with fertiliser just take it easy, go ahead and pick off the worst affected lower leaves but leave any top leaves on and watch for new healthy growth

Nah...chop that leaf and it will start pulling from other leaves before the problem has been addressed.

Looks like cal mag deficiency, give a few ml at next water and keep an eye on this leaf because it will spread and will take a few days to stop. Once it has been corrected, then remove the leaf.
