Hey. I'm not a fan of either brand as they have made a habit of inflating their numbers and data. The Spider draws 100w and uses high efficacy Samsung diodes while the Mars draws 150W and uses low efficacy diodes. The 150W with low efficacy diodes (very) roughly translates to 100W with good diodes. So 200 "good" watts in a 3x3', 9 sq ft, space. You're definitely not overdoing it in terms of light.
Some growers like to do a simple watts to sq ft estimation. The generally accepted number is 30 watts/sq ft with good diodes. This way of measuring has its faults and is far from perfect but it should give you an idea of what you should aim for.
At 200W over 9 sq ft, you're at 22 watt/sq ft. Not terrible but there's room for improvement. I do see what you grow your plants al natural, so to speak. I'd first try to master LST before adding more light as I think this will benefit your total yield more.
