No such thing as excessive humidity for the first 48hrs, 250watt of anything that close to fresh clones would be detrimental. Ideally your air temps should be slighty lower than the warmish 24-5 degree root zone, I’d say the light and heat is killing them
Indirect sunlight, like window sill light is perfect. Get some t5’s as suggested. Ween them off the dome after a few days, cuttings with good vigour will never look droopy

Hey bro, how much water do you keep in the bottom of the tray?

I fill the bottom about an inch. I just wouldn't put so much that the cubes touched it. they would stay soaked. I heard keeping it soaked isn't ideal. So I never tried it. The heat from the light, and the seedling mat underneath eventually evaporate the water. Over that time it helps my RH stay up.

I got lazy and put a clone in veg tent for a couple days under LED light. It was doing so well under a cfl lamp. RIP

I think you should have stuck with one light, and not switched up. I clone under LED in a dome on the floor of my tent, even better if it's under the canopy shade. They don't require mass amounts of light to get going. Learn from it I guess for now. Next time should be successful.

Heat & humidity is best. Less light. I have an SF2000 sitting 18” above the dome dimmed all the way down. That HPS is way too much. Don’t wet the pods too much. Just spray them. Use less. What dim setting do you have on the SF2000. Just got mine and am curious about how much power to the clones at 18in away.

15-20% not much. But heat needs to be supplemented. I also use a seedling heat mat.
