Nice job! I prefer hanging the whole plant to dry and then dry trimming, but I just wanted to mention an option for large harvests. You've gotten some good advice, staged harvest, etc, but another option is to wet trim some of it before you hang dry, and then dry trim the other half once it's dry. That way you stagger the workload. Since you are being careful with the RH, you won't have to worry so much about wet vs dry trimming. Good luck!

Yes, I am doing the same thing, in addition to my staged harvest. Right now I have half of one plant harvested, and have managed to wet trim all of that.
The other three I got have a couple weeks left.
Humidity is at a solid 60% in here so I'm not worried about drying too quickly
