Nowadays its more about flavors, since you know how easy it is for people to copy the work of others, its not a crazy proposition to protect your work as uniqueness is becoming a more and more valued thing in cannabis, just sayin that its understandable, not that i agree

I dont think hes keeping the rootbeer cuts in a tight circle to make money off of it, I think its more to keep it out of the wrong hands so that they cant abuse it to make money off it etc. as if you've ever bred, will know its a lot of work to actually take something from unworked lines and make something new thats stable and will carry over the genetics over generations... that takes skill and work.

My root brothers in veg the room smells kinda like a creamy root beer float. More like a sweet creamy float and a little spicy like added to it. Smells good but idk what the root beer pheno looks like.. would be nice to see some pics of the clone in veg if anyone has any?

My root brothers smelled like rootbeer and Cola in flower. There was a skunky smell also. I only ran 2 females, but the rootbeer terps were there for sure. not Sure I got the potency rootbeer seems to be famous for, but it was better than most other hybrids for sure.
