How recent have you been getting the emails still? I kept getting them about once or twice a week without having the subscription but now the last one I received was 3/20 so was thinking he must've removed me from his list.

he still sends them out every 2-3 days

last one was Friday so the next one will either be later today or tomorrow

i get emails for the sales every two or three days, and he never charged me for a membership. Also the last two or three orders i’ve gotten from him we’re at the sales price, and these were after he made the subscription service or whatever.

you wonder how much business is lost by company marketing mistakes like this. Far too many options these days for a company errors like this. LIke putting cash in the trash.

Honestly can’t say how much money is going in the trash, because i can’t say how much people are saving from this subscription service since i never paid for it. Honestly if he has extra or better deals at $10 a month, that would be completely worth it, to me. Especially his deals on Clearwater and Compound Genetics.

Great deals. Terrible service. I’d avoid them if possible. I ordered on March 21st. They cashed my money order on April 1st and they refuse to answer any emails Looking like they screwed me out of 600 bucks since most people say they get their stuff in days and here it’s been weeks and they refuse to talk to me. Quite frustrating

Seems pretty clear that if you order, pay, and just wait for him to ship them out he’ll get them out fairly quickly to you. If you start badgering him with emails and whatnot, he messes with you and takes longer to ship it out. His deals are crazy and seems he gets a lot of orders, so if you want the deals you put up with waiting a week or two to ship them out. Start bitching to him and you might be waiting a month.

It can definitely be frustrating. I don’t think he is ripping you off though and i think you will still get your stuff. I placed an order on march 19th and still don’t have anything. I have ordered from him twice before and had no problems. I still feel like i am going to get what i paid for. In my opinion I do think he should upgrade his company by hiring another person or two. I sent him a polite email this last weekend just curious on my order and got no response. That is pretty normal for him not to respond to emails which sucks but i have always received what i ordered.

Yeah I got booted from the list too I just asked for the deals in the clearwater thread lol. They finally sent me one yesterday though after bugging them

It's such a haphazard list he must run. Even before when I was on the list they were so random and I would see other people getting them on different days. His whole operation is chaos though starting with his like 7 instagram accounts that he just keeps creating more and posting different things on them all.

Yeah I'm pretty much done with him last order they never sent me an invoice so I ordered it again since they did that before and I didn't get the seeds I wanted. Got the first invoice right after that then kept emailing about the second. Just saw he put he has to pay a %10 fee for every not paid invoice (said $1 to me before) but can't get an invoice to you within 12 hrs but expects payment by then. Such a cluster fuck there

Yeah got mad at me for making two orders and asking to cancel the first cause I made a new bigger order to save on shipping and get bogo deals. He acts like he responds to emails or something, lol.

I sure hope so but sheesh. I’m fine if the package takes 2 months I’d just like the tiniest bit of a conversation about if I’m grabbing Clearwater stuff
