I Think iam ready for my first harvest.... very milky, turning amber should I wait until no clear tri's??. 8weeks,

Looks like a couple more to me as well. Somewhere on here is a post about the best advice ever received and listed dozens of times is "when you think it's ready, wait a week". I don't think that rule has ever done me wrong.

I'm about the same spot I think, all kinds of brown pistils, milky trichomes, then some new pistols showed up, and it's stacking again. I guess it's getting fatter which will be great later

You can't go by what some guy told you. The plants will be finished when they're finished. Some people go by breeders times, mark a date on the calendar based off of that, and then chop their plants before they're done. Don't be one of those people.
