Well that does suck, I remember having a small issue a few years back with them and they fixed it with no probs, but I do admit their customer service has gone downhill. I think they just got too big to be able to handle the customer service volume they have. I mostly order from Attitude if I'm not ordering seeds domestically because their customer service is better-if you have an issue, email them and they are on it. I can't believe Seedsman asked you to send back seeds, that is so freaking unprofessional.They asked that I return the wrong seed package to a address they gave me, exactly the sent me photo period and I ordered auto grow, I have to go through a lot of emails just to get them to acknowledge that they messed up, I had to send them pictures of a autogrow packet and the packet they sent me showing it was wrong. What a F***ing runaround with this company. here is a pic what they sent me. No where on the Nirvana seed packet is there Auto Grow the Seedsman one is their freebee along with the Blueberry freebee. Here is two pictures I had to send them showing what the packet should look like with the auto grow on the package.
