I was curious if anyone has grounded their pots? Watched a 60 minutes documentary on the topic so figured id see if anyone has any stories.

Can you share the documentary?

I've tried grounding my pots, but for multiple potz it was too conducive(for me) for the experiment to continue. Having multiple copper leads wrapped to metal stakes in pots with the exposed copper wire.. made the place feel charged for sure, especially when wet after foliar spraying.

I was literally shocked when wiring 3 potz together without the ground. So, i finished from the ground side connecting the rest of the potz. Over a period of a couple weeks, I noticed a vigarowth but I had assumed it was just from the nutrients and transplant. Didn't do a side by side, but perhaps will in the future.

If it was done with 1 to a few leads without too much exposed wire, i think it would provide the benefits of electron exchange from the potz to the ground without the electrically charged environment.

Curious if others have experimented with grounding..

I have, using probes meant for static shock in fish tanks.
Works I guess. Never saw a huge difference. Between grounded and ungrounded though. Maybe slightly quicker veg growth if anything.

I'm tempted to do a side by side just to prove it doesn't work.....
I think the parameters of what works means should be set. I’ve watched a lot of these grounding docs and the benefits seem to be small for something In great health( either plants or animals).
The benefits seem to be helping sick things. Whether an injured joint or a sick plant, the true side by side should be if it helps stresses or sick plants. A healthy grown plant might now show anything different than usual.

An old saying comes to mind: A fool and his money are easily parted.
Copper pretty expensive in your area? What do you forcast the cost of grounding just one of your rooms would be for this experiment. I'm guessing a grounding rod kit and some wire would come in around less than a c note.
