Better off with the sf2000 if you can afford it.I was thinking about spider farmer sf1000
What about 2 sf1000Better off with the sf2000 if you can afford it.
The sf1000 won't cover the 3ft side with sufficient light
That's the best optionWhat about 2 sf1000
That's the best option
Go with HLG quantum board v2. a fixture with 2-3 boards would smoke that tent. Two HLG 96 elites would be good also.Okay cool so the 2 sf1000s instead of the 1 sf2000
Building your our soil is a huge rabbit hole. You could spend weeks researching and sourcing ingredients. Are you in the US? If so I'd advise getting a bag or two of "water only" potting soil from kiss organics, buildasoil or similar. Unless of course you want to go down that rabbit hole, I have and I find it fascinating and extremely rewarding.Needs some help on getting a soil base going? Would it best to use a organic living soil or coco? Also wanting to add some extras anyone know anything about Earth Dust Base and Bloom. Wanting to add organic worm castings to the mix as well? Lemme know what everyone thinks.

Yes I’m in the US. So could I go with like Roots organic living soil and then add my worm castings and such just to amp it up if needed?Building your our soil is a huge rabbit hole. I just looked up roots soil. For your first grow it looks perfect. If I was you I'd top dress with your worm casting at the beginning of flowering period and just just use plain water the whole way. Maybe some sort of mulch to stop the top layer of soil from drying out and becoming a deadzone.Yes I’m in the US. Just go with coco/perlite mix and liquid nutes !!Okay great. Would adding coco help with retaining water so it won’t dry out. Just wanting the get the best living soil without much work. So the just water stuff your mentioning is going to be best I think.
No I wouldn't mess with it by adding extra coco. Every soil will benifit from a mulch, theyll all dry out at the surface if they're "naked". If I was in the US I'd buy "kis organics biochar soil" and fill two fabric pots and go water only the whole way to harvest. Get the biggest pots that will fit in your tent, probably 16 inch diameter in your case. Mulch with straw, dead leafs, wood chips or similar. That's close to fool proof for a beginner imo.
