What is this insect?

So if its lacewing should be afraid of insects? I mean should be amphids or anything on the plant? I didn't see anything else on it

If that's what it is I wouldn't sweat it too much unless I started seeing more. Just because its foraging doesn't necessarily mean its finding anything there . Just be vigilant, looks like you are though.

Honestly I'm not positive either I'm going by your pic and that's just what I see . If you still have bug search around web and you should be able to ID

The winged ones are pregnant. In fact they all are. Be on the lookout. Get some yellow sticky cards and spray with the safe insecticide of your choice.
Okay thanks a lot . Ive used some biobizz leaf coat if u know it. And then i check on it after an hour or so and i find that. Its my first time i see it on the plant

What can i do to avoid them ? Im growing outdoors
Feed silica and use the spray of your choice. Also if there are ants nearby they have to go too, because they will raise, transport to your plants and protect the apids.
