it's really blurry man, but from what I can tell I would say No, it needs another two weeks. Some of the pistols are still white. If you look at my profile picture you can see what the pistols need to be like before it's ready, I wait for the pistols to go 100% orange and by that point I check the trichomes and if they are cloudy or amber I harvest.

looks to me like - not yet!!! looks like clear and cloudy trichomes but don't see any amber ones and the pistols will start to recede into the bud.

Nope. Those hairs are approaching beige as opposed to the typical reddish-brown.
