when should i see signs of sex

i have two plants that i threw in my flower box about 4 days ago, about how long does it usually take to tell if its male or female? I am worried cuz i have nine clones in their that have been there for 2 weeks so i really dont want to loose them cuz of two plants!! i dont have a camera sorry i just am lookin for estimated times from personal experience. smoke sumthin .

males will show sex first usually within 7-10 days of 12/12.
(look near the top nodes the sex will show there first).

I just to put out there that this was the first time i ever used Open Seasame... in 2 days the males have started showing and female pistil preflowers are developing...can't wait till 6pm to go in there and see!
