damn, im not trying to measure peepee's here or anything. but my last big setup was just a 4x4 tray under a fixed 1000w hps, new strain, new nutes, and i do think it went horribly(bad, lazy, inattentive partner) and i got a pound and a half. was that your first big attempt?

yeah.. the Diesel is a pretty low yeilding strain... that's why I ended up killing the mothers... plus I don't like waiting 10-11 weeks to flower.. that just sucks.. My sensi hashplant mothers I got started now should do me better I hope...

if you veged for a little longer your yeild would be much much larger, but so will your girls. if you have the space i would veg for 4 weeks atleast. I veged a bagseed for 7 weeks and let it get huge and yeilded about 7oz dry. one ladie!

damn, thats a long run for flower. maybe i wont keep the NYC D around too long, unless i really like the smoke. its veggin pretty fast, maybe that'll make up for some flower time. yeah, i also had some pretty heavy shit in that other grow. big mac and afghan skunk, both thick bitches. its bagseed anyway which means it could be diesel crossed with kansas hemp for all i know...

can carbon filters... 6" Hi-output can fan (not enough) & 6" lo-output can fan... I need AC & CO2 badly... my temps aren't as stable as I would like.. not much I can do about it now but as soon as I can I'm gonna get some portable AC units & a co2 setup..

ok here they are.. I was super tired after a long road trip the last week.. I meant to put these up last night.. however, after a couple beers & a nice fattie.. I ended up passing out... big surprise..

also... anyone who could help me on what's making some of the leaves curl downward would be awesome.. & I believe I got some wind burned leaves next to the fans.. is this a big deal? they're a little crispy & worn where the leaves rub against each other & on stems.. I picked the really ugly ones off already..

Looks nice bro. Things look awsome in the first pic esp. Other then the leaves curling are you having any issues? How often are you watering at this point? Keep it up man

well.. I just realized we had a power outage sometime during the last week.. that threw my timers off, which in turn made the fans & light movers off for a bit.. keeping them in the same spot for too long and causing the leaf temps to rise in the spot the light was at.. making the leaves curl there... (I assume) I got it all dialed in last night... and guess what?? about an hour into my dark cycle today the fuckin' power went out AGAIN!! luckily they got it back on before the lights were supposed to come back on.. but shit man.. who knows what's happened with the light cycle in the last few days.. this worries me a little.. I don't want no hermies!!! oh yeah... today I watered with Flora Kleen for flushing... 150ml to like 30 gallons of R/O water.... is this enough?? the directions on the bottle are pretty vague...

Yea. Ive used the florakleen in soil and used about a cap full per gallon. which is also very vague, but it is about 5 ml per gallon. so i would say that you did the right thing. It is better to go alittle light with that stuff i have found. It does the job and will get rid of any salt build up you might have How often are you watering and do you have it set up to water itself? (im sure you prob already said this but.......) Keep it up bro!

scottie, your flushing already? it seems a bit early by your last pics and my opinion. got some new pics? i start flushing when my hairs are about 25% turned and all yours still look white. i usually flush for 2 wks as well.

I hadn't given them a "water only" feeding yet... ppm on the runoff was getting a bit high.. I was hoping the florakleen would bring it back down a bit.. in like 4-5 days I'll start with a full dose of nutes.. doing this every 5-6 days until 10 or so days prior to harvest.. then I'll do another flush w/ florakleen.. at least that's the plan anyway...

i get what your doing. how often do you change your rez? i change mine every 2-3wks. in between changes i do bi-weekly addbacks to make up for transpiration and evaporation. i addback Ph'ed water only, never nutes and when i addback i pour it through my pots as a kind of mini flush. that way i avoid buildups us ebb-n-flowers can be plagued by at times.

I dont have a rez. I hand water with a submersible pump & hose from a rain barrel once every 5-6 days.. the grow trays drain through the floor leading outside.. run to waste style.. that's a clever way to addback water to top off though.. mini-flush.. I like it.. I'll do this next time around when I try hydro again..

hey scott - are you growing the grapefruit pheno by any chance? also, 2 of my 3 nycd girls (day 25 of flowering) have a "3rd" fan leaf that started appearing after they grew past a certain point or so many internodes. do you have a pheno with this leaf configuration?
