Height Control

I’m a week into switching to 12/12 light cycle and I’m starting to see some female traits pop up. I’m also seeing a good amount of stretch so far which I’m loving but I’m also worried about how tall they are going to get. I’ve currently got all the big tall heads tied down to the outside and I’ve ran out of lateral space to spread them out more and control height. I let these girls veg 2 weeks too long due to being out of town and I had some calcium issues when I got back that I had to correct.

-1 Wedding Cake by BFS, 1 Blueberry by Seedsman
- Transplanted before the switch from 3 gal fabric to 5 gal fa
- Growing in FFOF 60%, FFHF 20%, 20% perlite and amended 1/2 cup of Dolo Lime before the switch
-Haven’t fed any nutes, only Distilled water with Cal-Mag at 200ppm.
- Current canopy is 14-16” from light, ive got about 16” of space I can raise the light.
- Mars full spec. 300 true Watt LED currently at 60% power and increasing by 10% every week until at full power.

Im looking for any advice on how to control the height as they continue to stretch during flower. Any advice is appreciated!

Keeping the night time temperature closer to day time temperatures can help shorten internode spacing. This was mentioned in the most recent KIS organics podcast (episode 79), so I'd listen to that for the details.

Daytime temps range from 72-78 F and I run a heater near my intake and have been keeping it around 74-78 F at night. I run my humidifier on low during lights out as the heater drop my RH from 45% to 35% while running
