ive read about useing a light nutrient solution in the cloner. i was looking foward to just useing plain old tap water as ours comes from a borehole on the property. so its like the trure mineral water

I run my aerocloner 24/7. My res temp sits around 78F. If I don't add something it gets funky. Slime on everything.
I was using pool shock for a while because it's cheap and I like the way it smells but recently switched to Bacillus Amyloliquefaciens. I didn't like that I have no way to test ppm of Cl- and if I went that fourth day, I'd instantly have slime. BAA is much less temperamental. It's sold as Southern Ag GFF, I have Monterey brand. Same shit. There's debate if it's the exact same as Hydrogaurd or not but, it works just fine for me.

I use Southern Ag in my res for my regular nutes, but haven't tried it in my cloner. I like the poolshock in there.
