Getcha a few more solo cups, and cut the bottoms of the cups off. Flip them upside down, and tape them to the cups one of your seedlings is in. Then fill it up with more dirt.. You want the dirt about a half inch under those leaves. Then if you can find a shop light, put it about 6" above the seedlings. Should stop most of their stretching, and they'll start spitting out some nice leaves. Adjust the light as they grow for the next couple weeks, and start hardening them off outside. You should have plenty of time to get them into the sunshine.
