Currently have it set to 100 degrees f.. I put 15x seeds in cups of water for 36 hours and literally all 15 roots busted out of their shells and I just put them in the 70/30 coco/perlite about an hour ago.. anyways......

what is a good temp to set for seedlings ? Also what the best height for light to be above ?
Light is T5 HO 6500k 24w x 4 / 96 total watt

also I had it set up with 7” humidity dome but don’t want string beans...so should I run them in the 2” humidity dome till they reach the top then put them back in the 7” humidity dome/10”x20” propagation tray ?

I've also a 4x T5 reflector unit, for seedling I aim for 23.5/24c around 60% rh%
T5s at 10" from the pots/plants .

Thanks, the one dome is 7” high so I guess that was idea height ? I put the 2” high domes on books and now it’s at about 3” away from the coco.. I left off to work but I’ll be back home in about 4-5 hours.. should I put it back the way i originally had it first with the light being 7-8” away ?

100?! lol. thats really high
try 76-81
Alright.. thanks. 80 is about what I’ll set it at then... I turned the heat mat off before I left for work about an hour ago so I guess I did the right thing.. lol

You only need enough heat/warmth to where the dome has condensation on it...~80-90 degrees.
Mist the dome and not the plants/cubes/medium when no condensation is seen on the dome.
Wait to water the plant/medium until its about 80-90% dry.
Open the dome daily to let old air out and fresh air in.

Awesome, thanks for your reply.. I planned on tanking the hood off a few times per day.. will do on the misting of the dome when I get home also. Thanks
