All roots are on one side

Does this mean my floor is not level or what ?
Absolutely no roots on the other side. This a clone I took from a flowering plant.

That's weird. I'd remove the side without roots and fold over the side with roots and transplant. You'll have about half the root mass, but that's what you have already. Roots are very adaptable, they can handle trimming and other abuses. Trust the plants ability to want to survive.

Yeah that is weird.

The only thing I can think of that would cause that is uneven saturation of the medium.

But then again, roots seek water. So I’d figure they would still venture towards the dry areas in search of water. I have no clue what caused that for you @Green Refuge

No it came out a square red solo cup. What's weird is all the ones that I had in clear came out perfect.

The clone only formed root starts on one or two places on one side. If you left it in that container longer the roots will wrap around and more will form on the stem. It just didn't root as good/fast as the other ones.
