Is my seedling overwattered?

Dont think so. But i can say your soil seems to be kinda shity.. add some perlite when u transplante them.

It is man, but i tought now i will put it in this soil and then i will transplant in cannaterra professional but not a really wise choice right? )

Its better to do it in good soil.maybe something didnt go well in shity soil .. autos or photos??

Don't transplant when they are that small
You could damage the root base causing a stunted plant
