Water them thourly and let them dry out some. Drop the humidity, thats way too high for seedlings. Ditch the spray bottle for use with watering. Keep it for foliar sprays and clones.
There is nothing wrong with using a spray bottle for watering seedlings. It give you more control over how much you water rather than pouring from a container and drenching the soil. I've used a sprayer for years as have many others. They work great for watering seedlings.

Mabey for a jiffy pellet or a rapid rooter plug. But a 16oz solo cup, thats pushing it in my opinion. But I don't know anything, I'm just now starting my first grow. If it works, keep working it.

I'd really appreciate if you would stop by and check out my journal. You sound like you've got alot of experience I could pick your brain on good pointers.

Iv noticed water and Rh is a cannabis plant worst nightmare in the hands of a fresh grower. With good lighting and proper watering and paying close attention. Iv never seen problem unless a bad bean gene.

And tech speaking. A weed is an unwanted plant in a competitive garden that's quickly discarded to trash. Lol

I use a pump sprayer not one of those squeeze hand sprayers. They work great up to 1 gallon containers and still allow for just a small amount for smaller ones.

Now we're on the same page. A Hudson sprayer is very different than a spray bottle.

Twentyeight.threefive nailed it.
“New growers tend to over love their plants.”
I leave my seedlings alone as much as possible. Let them do their thing. Don’t over water and don’t feed them until they are established.
