If you didn't chop early your plants would look correct like that too.

You might want to stop cutting down your plants based on the breeders numbers. PS they aren't correct.

I use the most basic nutrients known to man. A simple 2 part dry salt and not a thing more.

Claims finishes in 60-70 days. Two weeks later would be 84 days. You chopped at 75-78. That's not two weeks.

Do you have any photos of your plants that are finished before you chopped them? I'd love to see them.
