Leggy Seedling and Slow development

Hi RIU,
I have a 1.5 month old "White Russian" seedling that develops terribly slowly.

The germination process was carried out with wet rock wool inside a sealed plastic cup at the top in cling film with holes.
After a few days the sprout actually grew to the top of the cup, it seemed to be looking for light or oxygen.

I researched a bit and realized it was called: Leggy Seedling

Two days later I moved him to a tent.
For over a week he has been in a tent and there are no signs of development, in terms of metrics everything is balanced.

PH: 5.6~6.1
Water Temp: 23c-25c
Nut: Flora series
LED
Calmag
Total PPM: 700-900
Tap water

My question is, is it better to grow it or throw it in the trash?

You tried your hardest to kill it

Is it in DWC?
Water level below the net pot?
How often u change rezz?
Lots of bubbles?
Yeah, its in DWC 5L gallon with airstone.
The water level is high, the rock wool is at the bottom in the net pot and the water reaches the bottom of the hydroton.
I also spray water every few days at the top of the hydorton, near the plant.

I change the water in the bucket every two weeks.
tap water ( 450ppm+ only water )

Think u need to figure this out then start again

My suggestions

No wool, use Root Riot Cubes, wool you drwin plants

Yours is too wet, wool , too high rezz, too big of net pot. I grow 8oz plants in 3" net pots. So easy to start seedlings in them.

Speaking of seedlings. They need light even before they sprout, you missed that step big-time

Water below net pot 1-2". The bubbles are what feed the early roots

Get an enzyme cleaner like hydroguard and z7, gotta have in DWC

Exactly what he has done

Needs to start fresh, but fix his practices 1st, or will do the same thing

I use 3" net pots. Get blank lids. Use a 3" hole saw and cut my own holes in kids

I'll do 4 in one for babies in a 3g bucket. Then transfer them as they get older

Easy peasy.....

Wow
That sounds like you did some research before you began ... ;-)

You hit the nail on the head with two statements - Looking for light or oxygen, throw it in the trash. Next go around - more light, less water and no sealed plastic cup. It's got no root development because of lack of oxygen.

i'd cut your nutes at least in half and top water them a few times a day.

don't throw them away until they are dead (not yet)
