That would mean that you only chop and hang your plants the first day. It doesn't take 3 days to cut and hang 24 plants.
Besides you said you run different strains and don't chop them all at the same time. So you aren't even chopping 24 plants at once.
You said you trim between wet and dry.If it's just me about 1 1/2 to 2 hours or so depending on the size or bud to leaf ratio. We knocked everything out in three days this past harvest, including a day where I worked alone. I'm being helped by my dad and my son, and occasionally a friend or two. I trim somewhere between wet and dry. I buck them down and strip most of everything, but leave enough sugar leaves to where they need to be dry trimmed afterwards.
