When a plant is that size, water the plant, don't water the pot! Seedlings that size only need like (1) ounce of water at the base of the stem every 3rd day! Look at the picture below, those (3) plants are only 17 days old with 5 nodes and topped at the 5th node, and each plant has only be given (6) ounces of water each, (1) ounce at the base of their stem every 3rd day, and the pots that they are in won't get fully watered until day 21! And they are only droppy because they were sleeping, and I just woke them up to take the picture to show
This seedling sprouted from the ground 7 days ago. I feel like the growth is no where and now the true leaves are turning brown. Growing in promix hp and not feeding yet. Spider farmer sf2000 30in away at 40% intensity. What do I need to do differently? So frustrating as I’ve attempted to get past this stage several times. Always have issues.

I feel you planted in n too hot of a soil ...
But you need to read a bit on how to perfect your medium before even starting..
