Fungus gnats

Im actually having an infestation of fungas gnats for the first time, and i can attest that mosquito dunks don't work. Unless im a moron, and doing it completely wrong.
gnats are pretty hardy - there's never really one kill all solution out there. Traps kill the adults but not the larvae, dunks kill the larvae but not the adults.
When I had a heavy gnat infestation I used all 6 methods above.

Mix 1/4 of a spray bottle with hydrogen peroxide and water. Foliar spray and spray the top of the soil, it forces them to go in the dirt. Next day, water the soil with the same mixture till you have run off. This ensure the soil is saturated in the mix and kills the eggs. The eggs are the problem, not the ones flying around. Continue for a few more days foliar spraying and they’ll be dead. Just finished getting rid of them from some clones I got from someone. I swore I wouldn’t buy clones anymore and here I am.

I Soak the bits in water for a couple days then water with it. It works for me. Steel wool also works.
Thanks I broke the dunk up and put it in a gallon of water, watered it into the plants for several days. Didn't seem like it did anything. Perhaps I need to be more persistent. Also using yellow stickies for adults.

Nematodes watered in to kill the larvae and sticky pads to kill the adults...water nematodes in again a week later if needed.
