I find it hard to believe that a customer who purchases 30-40 units has trouble getting customer service anywhere
Some smells :cuss:
That was my point when I talked to them. Those dimmers cost $5, probably cheaper. They finally just now changed their mind and decided to send another one. I still wont make another order with them

I know a guy if he gets shorted a teaspoon for coffee he never returns and bitches about the service from that day on
Now he travels to other towns to eat

I'm using a TMPLAY 2500W COB actual 540w at the wall with good results in a 4x4 tent. I bought it on Ebay for $160. It has good reviews and I'm on a tight budget so I pulled the trigger and have no regrets at all.

Mine have been running for 1 year without any issue. Cheap price does not always equal cheap quality. For example your growdaddy light is made from Chinese components, you paid extra for growdaddy to dropship it from China. Most, not all, light manufacturers do the same to some extent. You end up paying for marketing. As I said I wont debate this

Generally speaking kingbrite, meijiu and r2thk are the bubbers that have some kinda legacy status, used by forumers since way back. Geeklight seems to get a lot of love recently, they have some interesting boards and strips with far reds and uv on separate channels.
Never get your dimmers or drivers from Ali, if they break (they are the most likely thing to break) they are hard to get service on. Reliable dimmers are available locally.

I've dealt with Rita as well, as much as I've enjoyed what we got I know there's always limitations on what you get. I only ever get boards/pcbs from them and I see them as disposables; when they break they broken. But a 20$ qb breaking doesn't hurt too much, it's what a bulb costs.

Already have 2 Mars Hydro lamps, was going to buy another one, but then I had a look at aliexpress and took a chance, 250 watt Qkwin quantum boards, can actuallly go to 280 watts for 150 dollars total, made me choose to buy it, so far very impressed, with Meanwell driver and dimmer etc.

Time will tell however if it delivers some decent bud, running at 200 watts at the moment and so far so good...
