How did it all turn out, btw?
As far as I know (in case anyone else is interested in the same question), they don't check your gender when drug testing. It can be disclosed only when making a specific test
So no problem with replacing male pee by female one. I don't think Walmart would pay to test each starting position employee's urine for all details

Why would you be so cruel as to bring this up? He is still in prison serving life. Not for the pot but for what *they* found when they searched his home based on the PC from his failed test.

In my state I believe you get to take a second one before it's considered a fail.employment wise
